Our disposable meal prep containers are made from new food-grade PP (polypropylene) material, with no added recycled materials. Jiekang disposable plastic containers have passed relevant tests for plastic products intended for food contact, complying with standards such as GB4806.7-2023, GB/T18006.1-2025, GB4789.15-2016, GB14934-2016, and have obtained an industrial production license, as well as passed CMA testing by third-party authoritative institutions. They meet global mainstream food contact safety standards and can be used directly with both hot and cold food.

Our containers come in various styles including single-compartment, double-compartment, triple-compartment, and multi-compartment, with capacities ranging from 25ml to 6500ml. We offer full-process customization services, including size, shape, color, printed logo, and exclusive mold development, to meet your individual needs.

It depends on product specifications and customization requirements. We also support small-batch trial orders and can flexibly adjust the cooperation plan based on your actual needs.

For regular in-stock products, shipment can be made within 3-7 days after receipt of payment; for customized products, the mold development cycle is 7-15 days, and mass production takes 15-30 days. The specific delivery time will be clearly stated in the contract, and we will follow up on the production progress throughout and keep you updated.

Standard packaging: PE fold-over film + outer corrugated carton box, with product specifications, quantity, and production date marked on each box. We support customized packaging services, including custom outer box printing and individual packaging, to meet your branding needs.

Our PP containers can withstand a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, making them safe for refrigerator cold storage and freezing, as well as microwave heating (lid must be removed, and heating time should not exceed 3 minutes). They can hold both cold and hot food without easily deforming or leaking.

We can provide free samples of regular specifications, typically 5-10 pieces, with shipping costs borne by you; for customized samples, a reasonable sample fee is required, which will be fully refundable once the subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed quantity. Samples are usually shipped within 1-3 days.

We support thickness customization for our products, which can be adjusted according to your usage scenarios (such as takeout packaging, pre-made dishes for supermarkets, fresh food packaging, etc.). Higher thickness improves load-bearing capacity and sealing performance, with corresponding price adjustments. The specific quotation will be accurately calculated based on your thickness requirements.

Our container lids are made of PP transparent material. All lids are precisely matched with the corresponding container body specifications, providing good sealing to effectively prevent leakage and odor transfer.

Our products meet the food contact product requirements of most countries and regions worldwide. We can provide a full set of documents required for customs clearance, including food contact safety test reports and certification documents, ensuring smooth clearance of your goods.

Product quotations are mainly based on comprehensive calculations of product specifications, materials, thickness, customization requirements, order quantity, transportation methods, and other factors. We will provide you with a detailed and accurate quotation list. For real-time quotations, if raw material prices fluctuate significantly, we will communicate with you in advance to make adjustments.

Our factory has 20+ injection molding machines and 20+ blister machines, with a monthly production capacity of over 30,000 cases. It can stably undertake large-volume orders while ensuring product quality and delivery cycles. We have previously provided long-term, stable supply services to multiple globally renowned catering brands and supermarket chains.

Our lunch boxes all adopt a snap-lock sealing design. The box body fits tightly with the lid, and combined with a leak-proof sealing ring, it effectively prevents soup leakage. Even dishes with broth can remain well-sealed during long-distance delivery, making them very suitable for takeout scenarios.

We can customize lunch boxes in various color options such as black, white, pink, yellow, and orange. All are produced using food-grade masterbatch, with no heavy metal leaching, and we have a full set of food contact testing reports. They can be cleared normally in mainstream markets such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia.

Our regular lunch boxes are designed to be stackable. Empty boxes can be stacked for storage, significantly saving transportation and warehouse space. More products can be loaded under the same container volume, reducing customers' logistics costs.
